Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at Lex Hotel, where the clean and spacious rooms exceeded my expectations, especially for NYC. The staff was exceptionally caring and went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Though not directly in the heart of Times Square, the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to explore the city. The breakfast served each morning hit the spot, and the rooftop was a fantastic bonus. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money as a charming boutique option.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring Manhattan. The room was cozy and clean, although it could have had a bit more storage space. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and I loved that there were complimentary treats in the evening. However, it would be nice if the breakfast area were a bit more defined instead of being in the lobby.
This boutique hotel is a great choice for budget travelers looking for a place that combines comfort with convenience. The rooms are clean, and although some may be a bit on the small side, they are comfortable and quiet. The staff truly excel in providing assistance and friendliness throughout the stay. However, there's room for improvement regarding the room storage and the clarity of their promotional pricing, as it can be misleading at times.
I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel in New York City! The welcoming atmosphere started with a complimentary glass of wine at check-in, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although it lacked a view. Breakfast was decent with fresh pastries and good coffee. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but the lack of a scenic view from the room was a little disappointing.
My stay at this boutique hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The service from the staff was incredible, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal for accessing many attractions in Manhattan. However, while the rooms were cute and cozy, they were a bit basic and lacked sufficient seating for two. Overall, it provides great value for the price, especially considering the warm hospitality and nice rooftop area.
